It is one of few F1 circuits run anticlockwise. It is located in Tuzla, east of Istanbul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key to setting a good lap time is good aerodynamic efficiency. The spectacular turn 8, nickamed Diabolica, is an extremely fast sweeping left-hander turn with four apexes taken on the same line at around 250 km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istanbul Park was designed by architect Herman Tilke.
